The MindTime™ Method
How people think determines how they perceive and interact with others and the world around them. Our consciousness has three mutually interconnected aspects of thinking, which are as follows:

- Future thinking – the extent to which a person is open to future possibilities. Future thinking manifests as vision, innovation, ingenuity, idea generation, spontaneity and impulsivity, an embrace of opportunities, exploration, and a drive toward change.
- Past thinking – the extent to which a person uses past experience and knowledge to understand the world and guide behavior and decision-making. Past thinking manifests as information seeking, a deep reflection of issues, analysis, skepticism, a concern for fairness and truth, and risk aversion.
- Present thinking – the extent to which a person structures and organizes their environment and develops and executes plans of action to achieve stated goals. Present thinking manifests as a need for structure, organization and planning, rule following, conscientiousness and dependability, and support of the status quo.
First launched in 1997, The MindTime Project has developed a scientifically validated method for understanding of how people think.
